Shelter in place: activities to do at home

The past week has been unprecedented in all of our lives with the pandemic curve rising in the states here. If you are like me, you may have had yo-yo emotions from surreal, fear, panic, sad, resolute, calm, and repeat. One of the things that helps to assuage the fear and sadness is to keep yourself and your family preoccupied with therapeutic activities whether it be sewing, quilting, crafting, cooking, exercising etc.

I collected a list of resources of things that you can do while at home and that may bring a bit of happy and light into an otherwise dark and gloom day.
