Happy St Patrick’s Day! An update to whether it snowed or not on Monday…yes, Monday was a miserable weather day we got what I call “snow cone” snow. Not the nice fluffy flakey snow, but heavy wet slushy snow, and the worst part was the wind! The wind was whipping the icy snow right into your face and it was freezing. We got 2 inches, and are in for rain Wed and Thurs, but the weekend warms up back in the high 50s…so hopefully that will be an official switch to spring weather.

Jessica, Sallie Tomato

It was so great to chat with Jessica again. I really admire Jessica’s ability to multitask so many things being a business entrepreneur and mother of two little ones…on little sleep these days. I really feel the passion that Jessica exudes when she talks about her business and her passion of designing bags and patterns and hardware. Since our previous conversation on episode 35 , so much has progressed with Sallie Tomato. Jessica has collaborated with a few retail ready made bag companies, and she made patterns of one or two of their bags for us to be able to make at home! I think that is a brilliant collaboration idea.
